A teaspoon in equal parts
Rheumatism, Arthritis and Painkiller Tea
2 tablespoons willow tree bark
1/2 tablespoons powdered burdock
1/2 tablespoon flax
1/2 Tablespoon nettles
Ginger, tumeric and honey blend
Juice of a lemon slice.
3-4 cups a day
Digestive Aid Tea
For resolving constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowels and digestive tract.
A source of nutrition, helps the body fight against diseases that waste away the body.
2 Tablespoon powdered slippery elm bark (inner bark, outer may cause miscarriage)
A small bit of ground pickled ginger
Secondary spices (adjust to preference):
Half and half dash of cayenne pepper and cinnamon
Add Stevia or other sweetener to preference
Let steep for 3-5 minutes
3 or more cups per day.
Period Pain Relief Tea
Chamomile (musle relacer, not while pregnant)
Ginger (anti-inflamatory and pain reliever)
Rose hips (treats cramps, aids circulation, smoother hormones)
Lady's Mantle (helps with heavy bleeding)
Shepereds Purse (helps with heavy bleeding)
Rasberry leaf. (relieves cramps, relaxes blood vessels, anti-inflammatory, helps tone uterine and pelvic muscles, replenishes Iron)
Blend in equal parts, or according to trouble areas.
1 teaspoon for each ingredient should yield around two tablespoons of blend.
May want to add honey or other sweetener for the Lady's Mantle
Bone Growth Tea
Nettle leaf (make sure you know how to gather safetly)
Red clover flower tops
Blend in equal blend and add four tablespoons of blend to one quart boiling water.
Add four tablespoons of ground violets for vitamin C (half strength of the violet tea)
Cover and let steep for 1/2 to 1hr.
3-4 cups a day
3 parts mugwort
1 part lavender
1 part skullcap
1 part colts foot
One cup before bed
